Pilates Exercise: Great for Weight Loss

Pilates is your best exercise choice is you want to

  • Private or semi-private classes with certified Pilates instructors

I've done Pilates exercise since 1997. I've used all the resources above and think they are all good. My body fat went from 28% to 18%. The knee pain I had for years stopped. I feel that it's opened up my creativity in new ways and added to my overall wellbeing. I love Pilates.
