Stress Soothers Help Weight Loss

Use these stress soothers to decompress from stress. This helps you lose weight and makes you healthier. Use one or more daily.
  • Get in sunshine for 15 minutes or more daily. Use a Light Box on cloudy days. Your hormones and brain chemicals need this to function best.
  • Get plenty of sleep - 7-8 hours a night. You need your zzz's  to lose weight and keep it off.

In 15 minutes your back will be relaxed, and you'll have an acupressure treatment for all major organs and glands, you'll stimulate lymph nodes to remove toxins, your back will be better aligned, and stress melts away. Great for headaches, too.
  • Listen to music, sing along, or dance.
  • Enjoy hobbies and crafts.

  • Practice meditation or prayer.
