The Five Tibetan exercises from the book, Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth: Book 2, are the fastest and most efficient way to tone your body from head to toe, including chin, midriff and waist.  They balance your hormonal and endocrine systems, thus empowering your hormones to support your ideal body size and health.  I have done them 6-7 days a week for over 10 years, and they work. In the book you'll find less strenuous versions of these exercises.

Pilates exercise is excellent as a way to increase muscle, stamina. and overall well being.  Plus it creates great looking bodies.  you can choose from Pilates DVDs, Pilates books, and the ultimate, the Stamina Pilates Premier Reformer.

The Back Roller also known as the Ma-Rollerfor Very Deep Relaxation is wonderful to use when you want to eat because of stress, but aren't hungry.  It is about the size of a rolling pin, takes about 15 minutes to roll down the back.  It is highly relaxing and revitalizing. It promotes spinal alignment, reduces cellulite and increases health.

Ultimate Body Rolling Workout is fabulous for a) home massage, b) releasing cellulite, c) getting rid of muscle aches and pains.  The book is by Yamuna Zake.   Body Rolling is excellent for streamlining heavy musculature.

GreensPlus is a green powder - mix in water - that makes your body alkaline, can help with yeast overgrowth syndrome, and is all around healthy.

Exercise DVDs. I love working out at home to these programs: excellent instructors and great cuing. Plus you can exercise when you have time and get fabulous health and fitness benefits. Build muscle, be leaner, reduce body fat percentage.

KanGoo Jumps give you the benefits of aerobic exercise and rebounding all at once.  They are the most fun I have ever had doing aerobics.  They're sort of like ski boots and a pogo stick. Boosts endorphins. Makes you feel great. Take anywhere.
